Overview
An experienced individual is needed to work in our Custom Millwork Shop. Millwork experience is a must. The successful candidate will review/evaluate blueprints and design/prepare estimates for contractors and customers. Strong mathematical and computer skills are a must and utilized to obtain material and pricing information from our AS400 system. Professional communication, good follow up and record keeping in our CRM system is an integral part of the job. Candidate will perform takeoffs from architectural drawings, price quote and perform value engineering. Involves working closely with residential sales team, participating in coordination, reviewing meetings with engineering & production, and interpretation of project scope, specifications, qualifications, details and schedule. In addition he/she will assist with the development of project schedules.

Qualifications
Essential Skills: Include the following:
  • Candidate needs a background in Architectural Residential Millwork, Prehung Doors, Cabinets, and strong analytical and mathematical comprehension
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experienced in and comfortable with diverse computer programs and utilization
  • Knowledge of the construction field, practices, and building material products is required.
  • Candidates will be organized and be able to juggle multiple projects and associated paperwork at one-time.
  • Ability to visualize project scope and Understands production process
  • Proficient at reading architectural plans & specifications
  • Millwork experience is a must
  • Ability to professionally work with salespersons to be sure quotes generated are accurate and have met customer's needs

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
