HR AdminResponsibilitiesHR AdminHR Leave Administrator- This is an amazing opportunity for continuous learning in the field of HR as you become the subject matter expert.
You will work with experienced HR professionals to successfully administer leaves of absence and affiliated insurances.
This includes FMLA, PFL, all State leaves, ADA compliance, workers compensation, disability, and more.
Responsibilities include and are not limited to:
Corresponding with employees, management and third parties on eligibility, return to work, and documentation.
Record-keeping and coordination of benefits and insurances.
Following up for proper documentation, payments, reports, and more.
Provides regular updates to HR and management on staffing availability.
Ensures compliance with laws and regulation specific to leaves of absence.
Ensures all location have current labor law postings.
Remains current on changes in legislation in all States where the company conducts business.
Assists in tours and other HR events as needed.
Ensures compliance with privacy protection laws.
Maintain a high level of ethics/confidentiality at all times.
Represent the company and HR in a professional, empathetic, and ethical manner in all communications.
Assist with answering the general HR line providing guidance to candidates/employees or referring them to the appropriate subject matter expert.
Assist with various auditing projects.

Must have hands on working knowledge of MS office.
Must have hands on experience with Excel.
Experience within HR is required.
Database management experience a plus Willing to train 40 hours/week Experience with workers comp, disability, or FMLA is a plus.
PM18PI Recommended Skills Auditing Communication Confidentiality Databases Ethics Laws Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
