A/P Coordinator responsibilities include the following:
- Review A/P invoices received and validate approvals and documentation are appropriate.
Obtain purchase back up as required.
- Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve vendor discrepancies.
- Prepare A/P vouchers with correct account coding.
-Input A/P vouchers timely and accurately in accounting system.
-Reconcile vendor statements with vendor accounts in accounting system.
-Prepare weekly check run and mail payments.
-A/P filing.
-Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:

years small business accounting office experience 2
years interacting with vendors Associate's degree Microsoft Excel proficient Solid analytical and mathematical skills Great interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Strong attention to detail Highly organized Job Type:
