This is a Full Time position.
_ The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
Answer high volume of phone calls, greet visitors and clients coming in for their appointments.
Screen calls from existing clients to determine if client inquiry needs to be elevated.
Maintain appointments, remind and call clients of their schedule appointments, etc.
Collect, scan and enter more than 20 pieces of daily mail in electronic case management system (Cerenade).
Distribute mail via electronically to all offices if necessary and send hard copies to all offices.
Receive and record payments on a daily base.
Prepare daily income reports and deposit bag.
Print checks for Immigration fees for paralegals.
Scan and enter all incoming Appeals/court dates into Cerenade.
Over the phone or in person intakes.
Possess excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
Typing skills a must.
Multitasking skill a must.
An outstanding work ethic and people skills to work with the immigrant community.
Schedule to be monday-friday and alternating saturdays.
Office experience preferred.
Salary/Pay based on experience.
