Ensure high quality of food and beverages served in a friendly professional manner.
Always be aware of guest satisfaction to deliver the perfect service experience.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
servicing the patient or guest in a friendly, efficient manner while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
All patients and or guests must feel welcome, comfortable and well attended to.
Provide the perfect service experience for everyone who enters the dining room Ensure that guests feel important and welcome in the dining room Adhere to timing standards for products and services Serve the Guest in an accommodating manner Assist in keeping the dining room clean and safe Report to property on time and in proper work attire Required Experience and Qualifications Experience serving in a restaurant or food service-related industry a plus Able to function in a fast-paced environment Strong ability to multi-task Good communication, customer service and people skills Patient and able to deal with a customers A team player, willing to help out where needed to ensure a pleasurable dining experience Familiarity with food safety, food preparation and board of health guidelines a plus Job Type:
