The Technical Support department in our growing Calverton, NY office is seeking a dependable, hardworking, and responsible individual for a long term position.
Tasks include supporting our sales agents, resellers, and merchants via phone and successfully identifying, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical complications for a full line of payment terminals, POS systems, and software products.
Individuals will track, document, and oversee all assigned issues from start to closure.
Must continuously deliver high-level support and efficiently resolve technical inquiries to guarantee end-user satisfaction and client retention.
Individual will participate in our in-depth company and product training program.
Spanish-speaking capabilities are a plus! Candidates must be flexible and able to work weekend and/or evening hours.
Position
Responsibilities:
Provide world-class technical support via phone and email for merchants and ISO agents according to the Call Quality Standards.
Demonstrate a positive, energetic and enthusiastic attitude contributing to a positive work environment.
Technical support requiring diagnosing, researching, identifying, testing and implementation of solutions to resolve product issues.
Continuous training on all aspects of the business and position by making the best use of down time to review documentation and practice skills with provided equipment and resources.
Properly and completely document all interactions and account changes for historical tracking.
Evaluate and identify opportunities for continued training and development of necessary skills for the role.
Adhere to company policies on time and attendance.
Follow defined processes to ensure set up forms and paperwork for account maintenance, updates, and device replacements are completed accurately.
Follow through on all open issues until they are resolved.
Assist with special tasks and projects as assigned by the management team.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
